Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; with innumerable activities available there, excursions using various local charter captains who are willing to pick you up at your own private dock!!! Sailboat charters, deep sea fishing, pleasure/sightseeing cruises, scuba diving and spearfishing charters. If you prefer there are rental fishing/diving boats available.

The entire family will have all the activities they could ever want to keep them busy within walking distance of the door... As mentioned earlier within a 5-minute walk is famous Johns Pass Boardwalk, with fine shops and restauants for the parents, to ice cream shops for the kids. There are restaurants as well as tropical style tiki bars with live music. Jet ski and boat rentals are available here as well. Fishing expeditions leave daily and for the more adventurous, scubadiving and parasailing trips can be found. Just past the boardwalk is the Johns Pass draw bridge, a fantastic fishing and dolphin watching spot. Walk under the bridge and you will be on world famous Madeira Beach, with its white sand and turquoise blue water.

A short walk across the drawbridge is Gators, the "longest waterfront bar in the world." They have nightly live music, and frequently host national acts.  You will hardly need to drive anywhere once you are here...and everyone of any and all ages will find plenty of activities to keep themselves busy and entertained or stress free and relaxed. If you are actually interested in driving anywhere, there are many things to do within a 45 minute drive including museums, cultural events, theme parks, sporting events, natural springs, mountain biking, canoeing, manatee watching and ultralight flying. Approximately 90 minutes away are the Orlando theme parks.

The Mad Beach House can be rented in any one of three options: The UPSTAIRS, The DOWNSTAIRS, or the ENTIRE HOUSE.  The entire property has recently undergone a complete renovation with nothing left undone.  There is a brand new pool with spillover spa surrounded by pavers, a brand new dock, new tile floors, all new appliances, brand new designer furniture.  The entire house is equipped with the very best of everything. The UPSTAIRS is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with lots of room for everyone.  There is a huge kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate dining area and living room with a beautiful water view.  Just off the living room is a 2nd floor deck for soaking up the sun.  The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with the highest quality bedding and furniture to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  The DOWNSTAIRS is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit with a full kitchen, living room and comfortably furnished bedroom.  This unit features all new tile flooring, new kitchen appliances, new living room and bedroom furniture.

The two units share a common entrance, but can each can be locked-out separately for privacy and security.  There is a laundry room in the common area as well a shared bar area just off the pool deck.  The bar area contains a brand new, full sized refrigerator, sink and ice maker.  It's a great place to prepare your tropical libation for enjoying around the lushly landscaped pool area.  As if all of these features weren't enough, another common area is the gameroom that features an air-hockey table and a foosball table.  Be sure to check out the photo gallery of the MAD BEACH HOUSE for many more pictures of this EXTRA-SPECIAL property.  You will not find another vacation rental property like this one anywhere.
