Both 3/2: $2,000/week, $6,000/month

Fall 10/1/2007-12/31/2007
Upstairs 2/1: $1,200/week, $3,900/month
Downstairs 1/1: $900/week, $2,700/month
Both 3/2: $1,750/week, $5,800/month

Cleaning fee of $100.00 for upstairs or downstairs, cleaning fee of $150.00 if whole house is rented. Tax of 12% will be added to above rates. Damage deposit required - $500.00.
